- Eligibility: The Saudi Sustainability Awards (“the Awards”) are open to individuals and companies whose sustainability initiatives align with the award categories and objectives. All applicants must submit original work that complies with applicable laws.
- Submission Requirements: All entries must be complete, accurate, and submitted by the deadline of 15 October 2025. Late or incomplete submissions may be disqualified.
- Intellectual Property: Applicants retain ownership of their submissions. However, by entering the Awards, participants grant the organizers a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, and promote the submitted materials for marketing, publicity, and reporting purposes related to the Awards and associated events.
- Confidentiality: While the organizers will treat submissions with care, applicants acknowledge that the Awards process involves multiple reviewers and public presentations, and complete confidentiality cannot be guaranteed.
- Judging and Decisions: Entries will be evaluated by an independent panel of experts based on innovation, impact, relevance, and scalability. The judges’ decisions are final and binding. The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any entry that does not meet the criteria or violates these Terms and Conditions.
- Use of Personal Data: Personal data collected during registration will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Awards and related communications, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
- Publicity: By participating, applicants agree to participate in promotional activities and allow their name, company name, and project details to be used in media and marketing materials.
- No Liability: The organizers are not responsible for any technical issues, data loss, or other problems that may affect participation or submission.
- Modification and Cancellation: The organizers reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Awards at any time without prior notice.
